5 Ways To Shift Your Phone From A Source Of Comparison To A Source Of Inspiration

Recipe For Becoming Your Best Self for Millennial Women

Is your phone more of a source of comparison than inspiration? ๐Ÿคจ Let’s shift that…

Here are 5 easy ways that you can reduce comparison and increase your inspiration while on your phone:
๐Ÿ’• Set time restrictions of social media apps
You can do this in the settings area of your phone or simply set a timer. This will help reduce the amount of time you spend scrolling mindlessly on social media.

๐Ÿ’• Unfollow accounts that cause you to compare yourself to others
Are there accounts you’re currently following that cause you to compare yourself or think negatively about your life? Do yourself a favor and unfollow these accounts.

๐Ÿ’• Set reminders with personalized, positive affirmations
Spend some time creating affirmations for yourself and set them as reminders throughout the day (I use an app called Notification Reminders).

๐Ÿ’• Delete any apps that are draining
Do you have lots of apps that drain both your phone battery and you? Delete them. There’s no point in keeping apps on your phone that cause you to feel depleted and drained.

๐Ÿ’• Create a vision board wallpaper
Save a ton of pictures that relate to your goals and create a vision board for your phone. You can use Canva to create this ๐Ÿ˜‰

I hope these tips help you look at your phone as a source of inspo ๐Ÿฅฐ
