

Have you ever done a SWOT analysis on yourself? Now is the perfect time.
A SWOT analysis consists of internal advantages and disadvantages as well as external advantages and disadvantages.
Traditionally, this is used in business but I believe that it’s a great way to self reflect and identify ways to improve.
Think about the strengths and weaknesses you currently have:

▴ What are you really good at?
▴ What do you like about yourself?
𝗪𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀
▴ What do you struggle with?
▴ What do you dread doing?
Identify the opportunities that you have to become an even better version of yourself and any possible threats that may be affecting your progress:

▴ What can you do to improve yourself?
▴ What’s something you want to accomplish?
