SWOT Analysis For Yourself

Have you ever done a SWOT analysis on yourself? Now is the perfect time.⁣

A SWOT analysis consists of internal advantages and disadvantages as well as external advantages and disadvantages. ⁣

Traditionally, this is used in business but I believe that it’s a great way to self reflect and identify ways to improve.⁣

Think about the strengths and weaknesses you currently have:⁣

▴ What do you like about yourself?⁣

▴ What do you dread doing?⁣

Identify the opportunities that you have to become an even better version of yourself and any possible threats that may be affecting your progress:⁣
