Today, I invite you to write a love letter to yourself 🥰 ⁠

Be sure to include: ⁠
▴ Things you love about yourself ⁠
▴ Things you are working on ⁠
▴ Things you need to forgive yourself for ⁠
▴ Anything else you feel like adding to it ⁠

Ok, it’s time to get started… ⁠

Set a 30 minute timer, grab a notebook (or open your notes app), and start writing… ⁠

Read the letter as often as you’d like or whenever you need a quick self esteem boost. ⁠

Bonus: Decorate your letter and mail it to yourself 💌 ⁠
I know this might sound a bit strange but I promise you will light up with excitement when you receive it ⁠
